The Promise - Rad Martinez

this moved me so much.

I now have a new follower and supporter in MMA.  This is a pristine example of heart and true dedication; to fitness, to life, but above all to family.  I have not been this moved, as I was, watching this film.  I hope to be, one day, half the man, as Rad is today.

Great News !!

Well, I have been M.I.A. for about two weeks, but this was for no cause!! In fact, I was focused, head buried in books and notes, preparing and studying for the big exam! After a morning of being stressed, nervous, anxious and exhausted from today’s three hour test, I am THRILLED, ELATED and OVERWHELMINGLY PROUD to report that I have PASSED the ACE (American Council on Exercise) Personal Trainer Certification exam!!

I believed in myself, and in doing so, succeeded in following my heart and passion! I am now thrilled for the bright future of helping others reach their fitness goals !!!

Friend’s Email on Results

Morning!! I received this message below from a good friend who is secretly trying the Paleo lifestyle.  I am so excited and thrilled to read these results and hear the improvements in his overall health.  I just smile and filled with warmth on his kind words on how I am his inspiration! Keep it up Joe, I am proud of you!!

Hey there,

Been meaning to drop you a quick note.

Secretly I’ve been doing the Paleo plan as well for about the last month. I haven’t been 100% faithful - I was sooo craving corn chips last night, I couldn’t resist! LOL

On the other hand, however, I have totally cut out wheat, grains and dairy. And wouldn’t you know it, along with the acupuncture I’ve been receiving, my allergies to pollen and hay fever - DISAPPEARED. Gone. Done. Its to the point I can now even smell the pollen I used to be allergic to. I never used to be able to smell anything. Why? Because my nose would always be so stuffed up! I can breathe!!!

So had it not been for you and seeing you on my brief visit, I would’ve never heard of Paleo. I would’ve never had the opportunity to be inspired by your passion for eating right and being healthy in general.

I want to thank you. I’m still in shock because I can walk outside and not sneeze. I can see clearly without the watery eyes. And I still keep going outside thinking any moment now, I’m just going to react again. Now, it is just unbelievable because I had been suffering for as long as I can remember. When you’re pushing 37 like I am, that’s a LONG time!

Now I just breathe normally. Its amazing!

So thank you! Keep up the good work and keep being an inspiring YOU!

Cheers!
Joe

samsonspassion asked: Good luck starting your Crossfit (and Paleo) journey! I started two months ago and everything about it is amazing. It is probably the toughest change you'll never regret.
